It's my desire as a birth and postpartum doula to meet each family and birther where they’re at and offer support in the unique ways they need. By establishing safe and honest conversations with families, they can express their true feelings, thoughts and desires about the support that will best serve them.

I’m passionate about offering emotional care and encouragement, teaching practical birthing and parenting education, providing hands-on comfort measures during birth and sharing perspective when asked. I work to help families experience peace, joy, love, strength and confidence in their particular season.

I aim to bridge any gap between birther or mother and others. I come alongside each family to facilitate gentle, compassionate and supportive communication which reinforces an environment that is comfortable and safe resulting in a more fulfilling and positive birth or postpartum experience.
